Daily payroll
Up to now, daily payroll was considered near impossible due to the manual nature of today’s manual processes. Because paiyroll® uses Robotic Payroll Automation (RPA), there is virtually no additional effort to run daily payroll.

A recent survey showed that Job candidates are almost twice as likely to apply for a job that pays daily. Robotic Payroll Automation (RPA) can deliver daily or on-demand pay along with weekly and monthly cycles.
This could be used to pay workers on the same day. For example, if time-sheets are submitted by 17:00 and then approved by 18:00, it is entirely possible to approve a pay run before 19:00. The BACS file is then immediately available to submit to your bank using Faster Payments Service.
Types of input
You can specify daily pay in several different ways, but typically the following are used:

Daily Pay Worker types
Daily pay can be used for the following types of workers:
- Salaried monthly employees
- Shift, or casual workers
Every day is payday
Why does your employee need to wait for pay-day at month-end? Because today’s payroll depends on an antiquated manual administrative process. If you enable this feature, we let your employees access their pay – every day. You may choose to set limits on the number of times workers can access this feature in any period.
Payroll for the gig-economy: If you employ gig workers, why do they have to wait for the end of the week or the end of the month to get paid? If you have their hours, job or piece rates entered by 18:00 they could be paid by 20:00.
