Enter SSP, SMP or SPP absence as Manager

If you need to add absences as a manager, follow these steps:

  1. Add the relevant pay item (SSP, SMP or SPP) to both the employee and manager.
  2. Log in as the manager.
  3. Click Time Off
  4. In Manager Tasks select the type of absence as Manager and click New Report As Manager
  5. Finally, complete the details on the following screen and Click Create:
