Follow this process if you need to copy an existing company
- Top menu Tools > All Tools > Company create or copy Create a new company by copying an existing one > Run
- Select the company to copy – you can also copy the standard Donor companies
- Generally, you will not need to copy employees, but several options are provided
- You can also generate fake employees, which may be quicker than entering employees from scratch
- Generally, the frequency setting is not used – it is only used for
- Fake employees pay items
- Test employee pay items
- Setup Data-feeds schedules, including Employee uploaders
