Set-up can be done by you (free) or by us for a fixed fee per company.
For Bureau / Accountant pack we recommend our set-up service for your 1st client. This includes import, configuration and full training. You will then be equipped to complete the rest. Please contact us for pricing.
You can view your live invoice anytime in the app. The final invoice detailing usage will be ready on the 1st day of the following month. Try our cost estimators to better understand your expected monthly cost.
All holiday schemes are supported:
Irregular hours workers (no fixed hours)
Variable workers (commission, overtime, etc)
Salaried (fixed hours), holidays and pro-rata
For Northern Ireland, the 12-week reference period can be specified.
Holiday pay is always compliant with the latest UK holiday pay legislation.
You pay for the actual number of payslips for each employee in a month. There is a base fee (15p); 1st payslip in a month (£1.35) and extra payslips in a month (+30p each).
For staffing agencies:
- 15p for every employee on the platform, even if they are not paid that month.
- The 1st monthly payslip is £1.35, extra weekly payslips are 30p. e.g. if you pay a worker twice a month it is 1.35 + 30p.
- Weekly paid might receive up to 4 extra payslips. Daily paid receive up to 30 extra payslips.
No, you can have an unlimited number of companies and an unlimited number of administrators.
For £100/ month you can have 100 client companies (<50 employees each), and any additional companies will be £1 each. Each unique employer PAYE reference is one client.
You must have agent credentials to use the bureau pack.
You can have an unlimited number of administrators but there is a limit to single bureau HMRC credentials across client companies.

Your payroll records stay available for as long as you want them.
The National Minimum Wage Regulations require minimum wage records to be kept for six years from the end of the following pay period, so we include the first six years and three months in your subscription.
That gives you a comfortable margin, and covers the statutory retention periods for HMRC payroll records and workplace pensions too. Keeping complete pay run records for longer is a cost to us, so anything older is shown on your invoice at a small charge, and you can choose how long to keep your records at any time with the Keep pay runs setting.
