The error message will appear when you attempt to grant authorisation while logged in via a custom white-label URL, e.g. acme.paiyroll.com
Please log out and log back in using the default URL, login.paiyroll.com, for the grant. This is only required to grant the authorisation. After the grant is complete, you can log back in and continue using a custom white-label URL.
