Follow this guide to set up Telleroo to make automated payments via API.
Setup #
You will need to follow this set-up process only once for any company that needs to make payments. You will need to have an account with Telleroo.
Create a new Report Definition: Setup > Report Definitions > Add… > GB Telleroo > Add.
Update the Telleroo Report Definition to enter your details: Setup > Report Definitions > Update.
Next, locate your center Client Id and Client Secret credentials within your Telleroo account. Copy the Client Id and Client Secret [twice] into the Report Definition and click the Grant.. button

This will initialise the process to authenticate and grant access to paiyroll® with Telleroo. You will be returned to this screen once the authentication flow has been completed.
Select your Company and Account.
Finally, click Update to save your Telleroo Report Definition.
paiyroll® now has secure access to your Telleroo account. You can click the Revoke button anytime if you want to revoke access.
Operation #
The system is completely automated; no manual steps are required after setup. The Telleroo report will appear in Pay runs and Documents and is automatically refreshed on any Pay run Redo.
Each time you Redo an interim Pay run, all payment information transmitted to Tellerro is checked, but no data is sent. However, you can see the total pay and any zero payments. Any errors will also be displayed in the Pay run listing screen. The payment date will be the actual_t date. Please check this information carefully before approval.
When you finally approve the pay run, all payment information will be securely transmitted to Telleroo by API. If there are any issues, any warnings or errors will also be reported in the Reports tab of the Pay run view.
