The software doesn’t add ShPP, SAP, or SNCP schemes/absences by default. Therefore, you will need to add the following Pay Definitions for a company that requires these.
The steps below apply to ShPP, but the steps are the same for the other leave types.
GB ShPP #
This is the scheme.
- Setup > Pay Defintions > Add… > select Company > Group:Scheme > Template:Sickness scheme > Name/Description: GB ShPP
- Value > Scheme: GB Statutory Shared Parental Pay (ShPP)
- Add
ShPP #
This is the absence which will automatically reference the scheme above
- Setup > Pay Defintions > Add… > select Company > Group:Absence > Template:ShPP > Name/Description:ShPP
- Add
Then you can add the time-off workflow process with the dates.
