Setup Statutory Shared Parental Pay (ShPP), Shared Adoption Pay (SAP)

The software doesn’t add an ShPP or SAP scheme/ absenceby default. Therefore, you will need to add the following Pay Definitions for a company that requires these.

GB ShPP #

This is the scheme.

  • Setup > Pay Defintions > Add… > select Company > Group:Scheme > Template:Sickness scheme > Name/Description: GB ShPP
  • Value > Scheme: GB Statutory Shared Parental Pay (ShPP)
  • Add

ShPP #

This is the absence which will automatically reference the scheme above

  • Setup > Pay Defintions > Add… > select Company > Group:Absence > Template:ShPP > Name/Description:ShPP
  • Add

Then you can proceed to add the time off workflow process with the dates.
